Chanda Kochhar walked out of the Byculla women's prison in Mumbai, while her husband was released from the Arthur Road jail, the official said.

The HC on Monday conceded them break bail and descended vigorously on the Focal Department of Examination (CBI) for making the capture in a "relaxed and mechanical" way and without use of psyche.
The CBI named the Kochhars, Videocon bunch pioneer Venugopal Dhoot alongside Nupower Renewables (NRL) — oversaw by Deepak Kochhar — Preeminent Energy, Videocon Worldwide Gadgets Ltd and Videocon Businesses Ltd as charged in the FIR (first data report) connected to the case enrolled in 2019 under Indian Correctional Code areas relating to criminal scheme and arrangements of the Counteraction of Debasement Act.
The focal organization has claimed that ICICI Bank, headed by Chanda Kochhar from 2009 to 2018, authorized credit offices to the tune of Rs 3,250 crore to these organizations infringing upon standards.
