<p>The Andhra Pradesh government has denied public gatherings and rallies from being hung on streets, including public interstates, refering to public wellbeing.<br /> The request comes directly following a rush at a convention held by the principal resistance Telugu Desam Party at Kandukuru last week in which eight people were killed. The prohibitory request was given late on Monday night under the arrangements of the Police Act, 1861.</p> <p>The public authority noted in its organization that "the option to direct a public gathering on open streets and roads is a topic of guideline as Segment 30 of the Police Act, 1861 itself commands."</p>
