Police has registered a case against the leading Telugu film director. Some people complained against the director Narasimha Nandi and producer Srinivas at the police station complaining about placing obscene film posters at the intersection near Maitrivanam in Amirpet.

Sanjeev Reddy Nagar, Police arrested the director and producer after registering a case in this regard. Narsimha Nandi has been the director of films like Telugu Film High School, Kamalato Naa Prayanam, and Lajja. He also received the Best director award at the national level.

He also received the National Best Film Award and Nandi Award for the film ‘Oka Gramam’ in 1940 in 2008. He also served for South Department-2 at the 60th National Film Awards in 2013.
