Avatar" is not simply a sensational entertainment, although it is that. It's a technical breakthrough. It has a flat-out Green and anti-war message.
Watching "Symbol," I felt kind of equivalent to when I saw "Star Battles" in 1977. That was one more film I strolled into with dubious assumptions. James Cameron's film has been the subject of perseveringly questionable development buzz, comparably his "Titanic" was. Once more he has quieted the cynics by essentially conveying an unprecedented film. There is currently something like one man in Hollywood who knows how to burn through $250 million, or was it $300 million, carefully.
